Rishi Pal, a Dalit youth of Bhana village under the Pundri police station in Kaithal district, committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence today.

The victim was booked under Section 363 and 366, IPC, yesterday for his alleged involvement along with two others in the kidnapping of a minor girl of Pundri.

After his body was brought to the Civil Hospital here for post-mortem, his
