Karnal, October 27

On the completion of two years of BJP government in Haryana, the Congress will launch a door-to-door campaign on November 1 in Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s constituency Karnal.

Former district president (rural) Surinder Narwal and former district president (urban) Suresh Bhardwaj gave the information to the media here today.

The two leaders alleged rampant corruption in the government. “We will apprise residents of government’s failure on all fronts. Karnal MP Ashwini Chopra had accused his party MLAs and MPs of being corrupt,” said Narwal.

BJP’s Shashipal Mehta, former Industries Minister, said the government had been working on the mantra of inclusive development.

“Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College and Hospital will be completed in two months. The project was hanging in fire for several years during the Congress regime. Besides, construction of the western bypass has started. It was a distant dream in the previous government,” he said.
