Govt owes Rs 21 lakh to state-run tourist complex

ROHTAK: The state government is yet to pay Rs 21 lakh to the state-run Myna Tourist Complex, which arranged the stay for armed forces personnel during the Jat stir.

The state government is yet to pay Rs 21 lakh to the state-run Myna Tourist Complex, which arranged the stay for armed forces personnel during the Jat stir. This was stated by Chander Bhan, tourism officer, while addressing a news conference for the promotion of four-day Diwali Mela being organised at the complex.

Talking to mediapersons he said the mela would commence from from October 21. “The entry to the mela is free and the eatables would be available at discount,” he said. Bhan said staff-members at the state-run tourist skills, were being planned to better their communication skills.
