Kurukshetra University (KU) Vice-Chancellor Prof Som Nath Sachdeva said KU had the distinction of being the highest graded A++ government university by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), attributing the achievement to the efforts made by teachers, staff members, students and alumni.

He said this while honouring the members of KU NAAC Advisory and Steering Committee and other officers associated with the evaluation process.

Prof Sachdeva said the university had joined the league of the country’s selected universities for having achieved an ‘A++’ grade. The university is committed to giving the best education and values to its students for them to become the efficient human resource and discerning citizens, he added.
