Important ministries of Industries and Commerce and Environment held by Capt Abhimanyu were given to new Cabinet minister Vipul Goel. Goel also got industrial training.

Manish Grover was given the independent charge of Cooperation and Printing and Stationery besides being attached to Urban Local Bodies.

Banwari Lal was given independent charge of Public Health Engineering and attached with the chief minister in the Renewable Energy Ministry.

Khattar shed five ministries such as Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs, Science and Technology, Mines and Geology, Jails and Architecture.
