Rohtak, January 20
The police have arrested two persons, including an associate of Haryanavi bhajan singer Mamta Sharma, for her murder.
Mamta’s body was found in the fields near Baniyani village of the district on Thursday. She had been reported missing since January 14.
Rohtak Superintendent of Police Pankaj Nain said here today that Mamta’s associate Mohit and his friend Sandeep had been arrested in connection with the murder.
