435 cement bags seized

The police have seized 435 bags of cement and eight solar lights meant for government supply near the Killar bus stand yesterday.

Chamba Superintendent of Police Virender Tomar said here today that a police party led by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Block Development Officer, Pangi, and up-pradhan of the Killar gram panchayat conducted a raid and seized 435 bags of government cement and eight solar lights.

A case under Section 409 of the IPC has been registered. — OC
