UNA: Industries Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has said a business promotion centre estimated at a cost of Rs 15 crore will be set up at Pandoga industrial area in Haroli, which is being developed as a model hub.

Industries Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has said a business promotion centre estimated at a cost of Rs 15 crore will be set up at Pandoga industrial area in Haroli, which is being developed as a model hub. Addressing a public gathering at Saloh village, he said the business promotion centre would provide a platform for establishing forward and backward linkages of the local entrepreneurs with the suppliers of raw materials and purchasers of finished products, besides providing opportunities for technical collaborations.

He said a 132-KVA substation had been set up for providing power supply to units set-up in the industrial area, adding that once complete, an investment amounting to Rs 5,000 to 10,000 crore was expected at Pandoga.

He gave cheques to 130 beneficiaries of Haroli under various welfare schemes of the government. — OC
