Mandi, February 25

More than 2,000 musicians of deities will play “devdhwani” at Paddal Ground in the presence of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on the second day of the International Shivratri Fair.

Last year, 1,806 musicians had taken part in “devdhwani” organised by the district administration and the event found a place in the Limca Book of Records.

The festival has its own importance in Mandi district.

Over 200 deities converge on the town every year to mark the event.
