SOLAN: Shoolini University has become a member of ‘University Alliance of The Belt and Road’ (UAB&R), which is a consortium of 127 universities from China, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Russia, etc.

Shoolini University has become a member of ‘University Alliance of The Belt and Road’ (UAB&R), which is a consortium of 127 universities from China, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Russia, etc.

Prof Atul Khosla, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Shoolini University signed the memorandum of understanding at Dunhuang, China. The alliance comprised some well-known universities like HongKong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Lanzhou University, China, Sichuan University,China, Iowa State University, the USA, Texas Tech University, the USA, University of California Riverside, the USA; Swansea University, the UK, etc.

This alliance will work towards student exchange, research collaborations, and exchange of faculty across universities, sharing of infrastructure, etc.

Shoolini University is the only Indian one invited to the association. This honour is due to the universities’ distinctive work on Himalayan sustainability.
