Independence Day was celebrated with fervour in Mandi. Vidhan Sabha Speaker BBL Butail hoisted the National Flag. He inspected the parade and took salute from the police, Home Guards, NCC, NSSS, Scouts and Guides.
He said today Himachal was considered as a model of development. The state had presented many examples in areas such as education, health and agriculture. — TNS
