KULLU: Singer Master Saleem enthralled audience with his sparkling performance at the jam packed Kala Kendra during the 5th cultural evening of the International Dasehra Festival at Dhalpur here yesterday.

Kullu, October 27

Singer Master Saleem enthralled audience with his sparkling performance at the jam packed Kala Kendra during the 5th cultural evening of the International Dasehra Festival at Dhalpur here yesterday.

Industries and Information and Public Relations Minister Mukesh Agnihotri was the chief guest on the occasion.

Ayurveda and Cooperative Minister Karan Singh, who is also the chairman of the Kullu Dasehra Festival Committee, welcomed the chief guest and presented him the traditional Kullu cap, shawl and Dasehra souvenir.

Local women participated in a fashion show in their traditional attire and walked the ramp at the Kala Kendra. The fashion show event was organised for the first time during Dasehra and 10 models participated in the fusion round.

Artistes from Indonesia presented a glimpse of their culture and traditions with a spectacular performance.

The spectators were entertained by the presentation of Pooja Musical Group from Mandi, Vinod Ranta Musical Group from Shimla, Rachna Dhiman Group from Kangra and Ganga and Jamwal Musical Group. The star of the cultural evening singer Master Saleem took the stage and left the audience mesmerised by his hindi and punjabi songs.
