Minor alleges rape in Kullu, two booked

KULLU: The Kullu police have registered a case of rape on the statement of a 16-year-old girl that she was sexually exploited by two persons on the night of March 16.

The Kullu police have registered a case of rape on the statement of a 16-year-old girl that she was sexually exploited by two persons on the night of March 16. In her complaint, she alleged two persons of Dora Nallah village lured her and committed the crime.

Kullu Assistant Superintendent of Police Nishchint Singh Negi said a case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act had been registered.

He said the accused would be nabbed soon and further investigation was being carried out.
