Hamirpur, March 4

The district administration had made all arrangements for the visit of Union Minister for Roads, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari here tomorrow and security arrangements were also designed.

This was stated by Deputy Commissioner Amarjit Singh while addressing a review meeting of the readiness for the VVIP visit here today.

He said the Union Minister would visit the town on March 5 and lay foundation stones of many development works.

He said the MoRTH would address a public meeting at the Police Ground near here, and would fly back immediately after the event.

The meeting was also attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Manesh Yadav, Additional Superintendent Rajesh Kumar, National Highways Authority of India Project Director Vikram Singh Meena and Chief Medical Officer Dr RK Agnihotri.
