  • The region had a clear and dry day but piercing icy winds virtually brought normal life to a halt in the high altitude tribal areas
  • Key tourist destination of Manali shivered at minus 0.8 degrees Celsius, while Kalpa recorded a low of minus 0.6 degrees Celsius, followed by Bhuntar 1.5 degrees Celsius, Sundernagar 2.7 degrees Celsius and Solan 3.5 degrees Celsius.
