Thousands of tourists are thronging Manali hoping for a White Christmas celebrations. The weather in the region was cloudy and tourists were also not disappointed as the Solang valley and its surrounding areas had enough snow.

The Solang valley had become the most popular tourist spot for Christmas celebrations as a large number of tourists who arrived in Manali are thronging the Solang valley to enjoy snow.

The Mall Road also witnessed a huge crowd. According to sources, nearly 538 vehicles had entered Manali on December 22. The number further increased to about 1,362 vehicles on December 23 at Alloo ground barrier on the Manali- Kullu highway. About 632 vehicles entered Manali on December 23 at the green tax barrier on the Manali- Naggar. Besides, hundreds of commercial and non-commercial vehicles bearing registration numbers of Himachal Pradesh entered the town. OC
