Musical treat on way

NBC is all set for a television adaptation of 1963 movie Bye Bye Birdie. Reportedly, Nick Jones and Jennifer Lopez are set to work together in the project. It was just recently that Jennifer had shared on a chat show that Nick Jonas is on her dream list of possible actors to take on the role of heartthrob Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie new series.

And now, Nick says that he and Lopez have actually talked about him joining the project. Lopez, who will play Rosie Alvarez, is the only actor currently attached to the project. “I don’t know if it’s going to happen or not,” Nick shared at a recent event in Las Vegas. He added, “I love Jen, but we’ll see. I’m not sure. It could happen.” This is surely going to be a musical treat for all Nick and Jennifer fans!
