Swastik Bhagat (5), has become the face of Lifebuoy Ittar, a new product launched by leading talcum and soap company.

The company was hunting for a fresh face for its new product and Swastik, a K.G.II class boy of Innocent Hearts School was selected as the new face of Lifebuoy. He bagged this commercial after competing with 400 kids from all over the country and auditions for the same were concluded in Mumbai in March this year.

This five-year old child was a part of a complete TV commercial which is now on-air and has already garnered more than 5 lakh views on Youtube. The little one has featured as a Muslim boy and talks about hygiene in the promotional campaign. A digital advertisement featuring Swastik was also shot for the same product.

Swastik's father Sandeep Bhagat, a resident of New Deol Nagar here, also apprised that a packaging print shoot was also in progress and is likely to be released during Diwali season. Currently, the digital commercial has been aired in Pakistan and Bangladesh only but the print ad would be released for India.

Sandeep said his son had been active even at a younger age and has participated in many local advertisements and kids shows in Jalandhar. Swastik had also been a part of over 15 modelling shows in the past and was the leading face of a magazine, Little Icon, published in Chandigarh.

Director Principal of the school, Dheeraj Banati expressed great pleasure at the accomplishments of the child. He praised the tiny tot for hard work which must have gone into his grooming.
