To eradicate the menace of drugs from Punjab as per the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, the District Congress Committee, Kapurthala, along with the Punjab Police today started a massive awareness drive. District Congress chief Joginder Singh Mann said visionary and decisive leadership of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh would prove to be saviour of the younger generations of Punjab from the scourge of drugs.
