Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of the Caribbean Island-the Commonwealth of Dominica, North America, will be the chief guest at the sixth convocation of Lovely Professional University to be held on February 23. Skerrit is the youngest Prime Minister in the world. He will honour the gold medalists and toppers of various LPU academic programs of 2015 batch. On the same day, 'Honoris Causa' Doctorate Degree of LPU will also be conferred on PM Roosevelt Skerrit. Nearly 7,500 graduating LPU students will be enlightened through convocational address by the visiting PM.—TNS
