PHAGWARA: Former minister Joginder Singh Maan today filed his nomination from the Phagwara (reserve) Assembly constituency as the Congress candidate before Phagwara SDM Balbir Raj Singh, the returning officer for the constituency.

Former minister Joginder Singh Maan today filed his nomination from the Phagwara (reserve) Assembly constituency as the Congress candidate before Phagwara SDM Balbir Raj Singh, the returning officer for the constituency. His son Harnoor Singh Maan has filed his nomination as the covering candidate.
