Army to host Lucky Ali concert on October 21

SRINAGAR: In a bid to increase engagement with the youth and instill a desire for peace among them, the Srinagar-based Army’s Chinar Corps is holding a Youth Mela where famous singer Lucky Ali will perform.

In a bid to increase engagement with the youth and instill a desire for peace among them, the Srinagar-based Army’s Chinar Corps is holding a Youth Mela where famous singer Lucky Ali will perform. The event will be held at Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre on October 21.

“The Youth Mela is an initiative by the Chinar Corps to motivate and encourage the youth to plan their future and choose a path to redeem their dreams,” a spokesperson of the Chinar Corps said in a statement issued here.

In addition to singing, painting and group dance competitions, the event would include a melodious live performance by Lucky Ali, he said. — TNS
