Srinagar, May 2

The Army today felicitated the students of J&K who attended its Kashmir Super 30 engineering coaching programme and cracked the JEE (Mains) Exam, 2016.

Fifteen students of J&K had cracked the JEE exam. The 11-month free-of-cost coaching to a select group of 30 students from J&K was conducted by Baramulla-based Dagger Division, on behalf of Chinar Corps.

Interacting with the students, Major General JS Nain, GOC, Baramulla Division, lauded the perseverance and hard work put in by all students.

A defence spokesman while quoting the GOC said he urged other youth in Kashmir to develop appropriate skills to enhance their employment opportunities through the Chinar 9 Jawan Clubs.

He assured that the Chinar Corps was planning to expand the Super 30 programme, this year onwards, to benefit more deserving students from the Valley. All students were presented track suits and stationary items by the Dagger Division. — TNS
