Kathua: A woman (27) allegedly committed suicide at Dodla village of Basohli tehsil in Kathua district on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Shanto Devi. The police said some locals today found the victim hanging from a tree, about 50 metres from her house. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. The Basohli police have registered a case and started investigation. — OC
