Governor NN Vohra on Wednesday sought the detail of orders issued by the PDP-led coalition government on their last day in the office on Tuesday.

He also sought the list of officers who have not submitted annual property statement. The Governor also issued directions that no officer or head of department would leave the station without seeking permission from the competent authority.

“All administrative departments shall submit the status report in respect to any order issued by the departments on June 19 (last day of the PDP-BJP government) and the list of officers or officials who have not filed their annual property statement,” stated an order issued by the General Administrative Department after the Governor chaired a meeting at the civil secretariat in Srinagar.

These were inter-alia instructions issued to all administrative departments by the Governor. Vohra also asked the departments to submit the status report on finalisation of the recruitment rules, update of seniority lists in a time-bound manner, compassionate appointment cases under SRO-43 of 1994, regularisation cases of casual/seasonal labourers in terms of SRO-520 of 2017. — TNS
