Jammu, March 22

Nitu Bhattacharya, Deputy Inspector General (DIG), CRPF, called on Governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhawan here today.

Bhattacharya presented the Governor a copy of a book, “My Life My Horizon”, which she has written about the lives of eight women achievers in different fields. She also apprised the Governor of her upcoming book “Adhure Spandan”, which is a collection of stories about women in conflict areas.

The Governor appreciated Bhattacharya’s literary efforts, particularly for writing about the achievements of women, and wished success in all her future endeavours.
