Srinagar, April 22
Vice-chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Company (JKPCC) Sheikh Khalid Jehangir has been invited to attend a two-day Economic Summit 2018 at the Bombay Stock Exchange Hall.
An official statement said the summit was being organised by India Foundation in association with Bombay Stock Exchange. It would be held on April 27 and April 28.
Top dignitaries who are scheduled to attend the summit include Minister for Railways Piyush Goyal, Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Assam Sarbnanda Sonowal, Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, former Finance Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Haseeb Drabu and others.
Besides top ministers and politicians, top business leaders from across the country would attend the summit.
The business leaders and others who have been invited to the summit include Rajan Bharti Mittal, vice-chairman and managing director Bharti Airtel; Sachin Bansal, executive chairman, Flipkart; Shamika Ravi, member of Economic Advisory Council; Amitabh Kant, Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog; NK Singh, Chairman, 15th Finance Commission and others.
