Major rejig in state admn

The Jammu and Kashmir Government today announced a major rejig in the civil administration.

As per an order of the General Administration Department, Mohammad Mumtaz Ali, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as the Additional Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission (JKPSC). Ghanshyam Singhhas been posted as the Additional Secretary, JKPSC.

Deputy Secretary, JKPSC, Devinder Singh Katoch has been posted as the Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu. Deputy Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, Abdul Rashid Bhat has been posted as the Deputy Secretary, JKPSC.

Kanta Devi, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recoveries), Jammu, has been posted as the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, against Rifat Kohli, who shall await orders of adjustment in the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.

Mohammad Ahsan Mir, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, has been posted as the Programme Officer, Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) Project, Pulwama. Pran Singh has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recoveries), Jammu.

Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Pulwama, Ashiq Hussain Lily has been posted as the Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department.

Bilal Khurshid, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam, has been posted as the Additional DC, Shopian. Parvez Ahmad Raina, Additional DC, Kulgam, has been given charge of the post of the Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam.

Paramjeet Singh, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rajouri, has been posted as the Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, in the State Vigilance Organisation, J&K.

Meanwhile, Inderjeet Singh, Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, in the State Vigilance Organisation, J&K has been posted as the Project Manager, IWMP, Kishtwar.

Firdous Hussain has been posted as the Under Secretary, Science and Technology Department. Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, Administrative Officer, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, has been posted as the Under Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department. Hakim Riyaz-ul-Haq, Under Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been posted as the Under Secretary, Department of Forest, Environment and Ecology.

Abdul Rashid War, Additional Commissioner in the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, has been posted as the Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.

Mohammad Rafi, Additional Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department, has been posted as the Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K. Mohinder Singh, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Jammu, has been posted as the Additional Transport Commissioner.

Firdous Ahmad Giri, Additional Secretary, J&K State Vigilance Commission, has been posted as the Additional Director, SKIMS. Surat Singh, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Doda, has been posted as the Additional Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue.

Vir Krishan Dhar, Deputy Secretary, School Education Department, has been posted as the Deputy Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.

Mohammad Akbar Bhat, Deputy District Election Officer, Pulwama, has been posted as the Deputy Secretary, School Education Department. Des Raj Bhagat, Deputy Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, has posted as the Personnel Officer in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu.

Meanwhile, Farukh Ahmad Qazi has been posted as the SDM, Ramnagar.
