Natrang stages comedy play ‘Tauba Tauba’

The ‘Natrang’ presented Hindi play ‘Tauba Tauba’ written by Rajinder Kumar Sharma and directed by Neeraj Kant in its weekly theatre series on Sunday.

With a touch of humour, the play presented some debatable issues which are faced by many theatre groups because of lack of commitment of a few artistes which spoils the whole performance. But still, the play was more inclined towards comedy than being moralising.

Natrang actors who performed the play included Shivam Singh, Sushant Singh Charak, Manoj Kumar Lalotra, Ajay Kumar Lalotra, Aakash Bhat, Aafaque Khan, Chahat Katyal and Ashley Mehta. The lights of the play were set up by Gautam Kumar and Raheel Sharma whereas the sound was given by Ashish Thakur. The presentations were done by Meenakshi Bhagat and the show was coordinated by Mohammad Yaseen.
