PDP will address all issues of KPs: Madni

JAMMU: General secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Sartaj Madni today said that the party is committed to address all issues of the Kashmiri Pandits (KPs).

General secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Sartaj Madni today said that the party is committed to address all issues of the Kashmiri Pandits (KPs).

In an interaction with a group of Kashmiri Pandits at PDP office today, Madni said that the PDP had formulated its policies and programmes by incorporating wishes and aspirations of all religious and ethnic groups of Jammu and Kashmir to ensure inclusive growth and equal development. “With the support of all sections of society, the PDP is pursuing its inclusive agenda of peace, progress, communal harmony, brotherhood and equal development,” he said.

Reminding the delegation about steps taken by former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to solve problems of the Kashmiri Pandits, Madni said the PDP was following the vision of late Mufti Sayeed who had pioneered and implemented agenda of equal growth and opportunities for all sections of society.

“The PDP government under the leadership of Mehbooba Mufti has already started the process of transformation to change destiny of the people of this state,” he said, adding, “Support of every section of society is a must to establish a new system in the state”.
