Srinagar: The police have sought help from public in tracing a missing youth from Srinagar. A police spokesman said Reyaz Ahmad of Sekidafer reported at the Safakadal police station that his 24-year-old nephew Jehangir Habib Dar of Sekidafer, who''s mentally ill, had been missing since December 9.
