Shrine board CEO reviews developmental projects

JAMMU: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Jitendra Kumar Singh today inspected the ongoing developmental works and other facilities for pilgrims at Bhawan, Bhairon Temple, Sanjichhat and Adhkuwari.

Jammu, November 1

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Jitendra Kumar Singh today inspected the ongoing developmental works and other facilities for pilgrims at Bhawan, Bhairon Temple, Sanjichhat and Adhkuwari.

These include upcoming passenger ropeway between the Bhawan and Bhairon Temple, accommodation facilities, medicare, water and power supply, lockers, sanitation and cleanliness.

During the daylong visit, the CEO also interacted with the staff of the shrine board at Bhawan and Bhairon Temple to address their difficulties.

He lauded the efforts made by the officers and staff of the board to ensure facilitation of pilgrims visiting the holy cave shrine. He felicitated some of the safai karamcharis and other employees as a token of appreciation for their outstanding performance and devotion to duty. The workers were presented mementos comprising certificates and commemorative coins.

He impressed upon all employees to leave no stone unturned to facilitate and provide best quality services to the pilgrims. The Chief Executive Officer encouraged the staff to share their feedback and forward suggestions for further improvement of services in view of the rising expectations of the pilgrims.
