Student leader joins BJP

Jammu: Arun Dev Singh Jamwal, a prominent student leader, on Friday joined the BJP in the presence of senior leaders of the party. Jamwal, along with his supporters the majority of whom are scholars from Jammu University and lawyers, joined the BJP. Ravinder Raina, BJP state president; Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy CM; Jugal Kishore Sharma, Lok Sabha MP; and Ashok Khajuria, MLC, garlanded Arun Dev and all his supporters at the party headquarters. Addressing the new entrants, Raina expressed his gratitude and hoped that all new comers would work hard for the party. tns
