Law School Admission Test (LSAT) India is a standardised test adopted by Law School Admission Council, USA (LSAC) specifically as an admission criteria by multiple law colleges across India for admission to the three-year Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree programme and the five-year B.A.,LL.B. degree programme.

LSAT is designed to measure skills that are considered essential for success in law school — critical-thinking skills, such as logical reasoning and problem solving. More than 76 law schools will accept LSAT—India scores in 2017.

How to apply: Candidates can register through ONLINE mode only. 

The test will be conducted in the following cities: 

North: Chandigarh, Delhi (NCR), Jaipur, Lucknow, Dehradun

South: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi

West: Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Mumbai, Nagpur, Indore

Medical courses

Christian Medical College, Vellore, is seeking applications for admission to MBBS and other allied courses including Allied Health Sciences (AHS), Diploma Nursing, AHS Diploma courses, MPH and MSc courses.   

Eligibility: MBBS: All candidates should have qualified in NEET 2017 examination. A candidate for admission to medical course “must have 60 per cent marks at Plus II level in each of physics, chemistry and biology and have an aggregate of 140/200 in these subjects, both at qualifying and competitive examinations and should have passed in English” (as per state & University guidelines). 

B.Sc. Nursing: Only unmarried women candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination after a period of 12 years in physics, chemistry, biology and English. She must have obtained a minimum of 45 per cent aggregate marks in PCB and English individually at the qualifying examination from any recognised board. 

BOT, BPT, B.Sc. MLT: Candidates should have a pass in English, PCB
