Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur announces admission for Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM) commencing in 2018

Eligibility: Candidates applying for IIM Raipur’s EFPM Programme must have either of the following

  • A Master’s degree in any discipline, with at least 55 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average (or);
  • A PGP/EPGP/PGPWE from IIMs with minimum grade point equivalent to 6.0 out of 10 point scale 
  • A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 55 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average (or); A five year/four year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline, with at least 55 per cent aggregate marks, obtained after completing Class XII or equivalent (or);
  • A four years/eight semester bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) with at least 60 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average (and);
  • Work experience of minimum  seven  years of managerial/entrepreneurial/professional experience as on June 1, 2018 after graduation. 

How to apply: The EFPM application form can be downloaded from IIM Raipur’s website. A candidate is eligible to submit applications to a maximum of two areas. In such cases, two copies of the application form along with demand draft, one for each area, with all supporting documents may be sent with scores of CAT/GMAT/GRE. The test score should be valid on the deadline of the submission of the application form.

PhD admission 

Patna University invites applications from the candidates for Ph.D. admission test, 2018 for admission into Ph.D programme for various fields.

Eligibility: Candidates having master degree with at least of 55 per cent marks in aggregate or its equivalent ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale. A candidate shall ordinarily be permitted to pursue research for the Ph.D. degree in the subject in which he/she holds a Master’s degree.  

How to apply: Online. Pay fee online to State Bank of India and get SB Collect Reference Number. Print your online Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT) Application. Download and print admit card after due date.

PhD programme

Pacific University, Udaipur (Rajasthan), invites applications for admission to Doctoral Research Programme leading to PhD degree in Management Studies, Engineering, Dental Science, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Mass Communication and Journalism, Science, Arts (Social Science & Humanities), Education, Computer Science, Physical Education, Agriculture, commerce, Law and Yoga for the academic session 2018.

Eligibility: Masters’ degree in relevant discipline from a recognised university/ institute with a minimum of 55 per cent marks. Candidate who has published at least one research publication at the time of applying for PhD shall be given preference in admission.

How to apply: Online. Applicants can remit the required fee either through online mode or by submitting draft issued in favour of “Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University”, payable at Udaipur. For online payment mode use payment gateway available with the application form. Applicants are required to send us the completed downloaded form along with four passport size photographs with their name and faculty in which they have applied for Ph.D. programme written on the back of the photographs, two sets of attested copies of testimonials only and DD.

LLM programme 

Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, invites applications for admission to LL.M Degree Programme of academic year 2018. 

Eligibility: First class (or equivalent) in Bachelor of Laws LL.B./B.L. (five years) programme from any recognised university, or First Class (or equivalent) in Bachelor of Laws LL.B./B.L.(three years) programme from any recognised university along with bachelor’s degree in humanities/science/ commerce or equivalent.

Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) notifies Admission for PhD Programme in Science Education. 

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed M.Sc. (in any subject), M. Tech or a Master's degree (M.A./ M.S.W.) in any of the social/ behavioural sciences/ psychology/linguistics/sociology/economics/ anthropology, M.Ed. with a Science or Social Sciences/Humanities undergraduate degree.

How to apply: Online. Downloaded forms should be completed and sent with two passport size photographs along with a demand draft of Rs 350 (non-refundable) payable at Mumbai in favour of Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education to "The Dean, Science Education Faculty, Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, TIFR, V. N. Purav Marg, Mankhurd, Mumbai-400088".
