PhD degree holders, interested in having a career in teaching and research and willing to undertake Post-Doctoral in social science discipline i.e. political science, economics and, or, sociology from Banaras Hindu University, can apply for this fellowship.
Eligibility: Candidates should not be aged over 45 years. They should have a PhD degree in any of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Details: Selected scholars will be given a monthly stipend of Rs 28,000 with contingency of Rs 20,000 p.a.

L'Oréal India offers Class XII pass outs a scholarship to complete their graduation in any scientific field.
Eligibility: Female candidates who have passed Class XII with 85 per cent or more in PCB or PCM in the current academic year are eligible to apply. Annual family income should be less than Rs 4 lakh.
Details: Up to Rs 2,50,000 will be awarded in instalments until the completion of the programme.
