FAIR & LOVELY: Mia Bella

Mona

Growing up in Ljubljana, Slovakia, young Mia Bella always dreamt of being famous. All she wanted to do was travel and one profession that fitted the bill was that of a model. Inspired by Naomi Campbell, English model, actress, singer and author, Mia stepped into modelling. With little scope in her home country, Mia moved places and with some beauty titles and plush ad accounts, now she is living her dream!

This Friday, this globetrotting model made a brief stop in Chandigarh as spokesmodel for DHI, and shared her plans to find a base in this fast-growing glamour industry. “I have always been in awe of India, be its films or colourful culture,” opens up this tall (at 5.9 feet), buxom beauty. She knows about Shah Rukh Khan and is aspiring to get ‘big’ like him. She has acted in a couple of Slovakian videos and films but nothing compares big, mad Bollywood and it’s this industry that she wants to crack next.

Any acting classes for her? Mia laughs, “Oh no, I am naturally talented.”

Hair story

Work has brought her to city, and Mia swears by DHI. “Constant travelling, styling and I have to be super sensitive to my hair and DHI has been my best bet.” Giving her company is Ajay Bansal, CEO, DHI India. “We have been having these hair restoration techniques by DHI for three years now, today we expand into their fabulous range of hair care products.”

Using this current gen contents, DHI claims to be a pioneer in the hair field, “We have been doing only hair care for last 45 years and that’s what makes us the best,” says proud Ajay.

All products imported from Greece are paraben-free and rich in minerals. “Starting early is the key according to this duo and the brand offers solutions in different stages of hair loss. Starting with newly launched lotion and shampoo that helps stop hair fall in two weeks of regular use, the products come loaded with the latest generation of oligopeptides that promote hair health,” says Mia.

As for Mia, she is already taking preventive measures from DHI, “My blonde hair is what I consider my most striking feature and I am sure it would come handy as I turn the next Bollywood belle.” Amen.
