Live & let live

Ramman  Handa

Our national heroes have given us a slogan, ‘Live And Let Live’, and I wish we Indians should follow it.  Shaheed Bhagat Singh is the freedom fighter I admire the most. Whenever I read his stories or watch films based on his life, I am inspired. My favourite patriotic song is Aey Mere Pyare Watan by Lata Mangeshkar.

Being free

Vinayak Sinha

I am free to walk, free to say what I want to and do what I want to…this means I am part of a free country. But yes, to make our country the best in the world, I think education is the most important. The day literacy rate goes up most of our national issues will be resolved. Subhash Chandra Bose is the freedom fighter I like the most. My favourite patriotic song is Aye Mere Watan Ke Logon by Lata Mangeshkar.

A big Salute

Nutan Rai

If every Indian stays true to what they call their homeland, then India will not just be a mere country but a home to everyone. Bhagat Singh's story has had a great impact on my life. Not many people can do what he did; sacrificed his life at such a young age. My favourite song is Saare Jahaan Se Achaa.

Eternal love

Ankit Siwach

I belong to an agricultural background and have been brought up in a cantonment. Most of my cousins serve in the army and my father works for civil defence. Patriotism is in my blood and the love for my country is eternal. The biggest impact created on my mind is by Shaheed Bhagat Singh. My favourite patriotic song is Maaa Tujhe Salaam by AR Rahman.

Patriotic fervour

Lavanya Bharadwaj

We should not show patriotism on 15th August or 26th January only, but on all days. I am a great fan of Bhagat Singh. He was so young when he and gave his life for the country. He showed everyone what real patriotism is. My favourite patriotic song is Mere Desh Ki Dharti.

Mindset CHange

Shakti Arora

There are some rules that we need to follow in order to make India a better place. Rules regarding women's safety can change the mindset of people. I admire Chandrashekhar Azad and my favourite is our National Anthem.
