Fresh face: Sonu Sood
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood was on Wednesday named the Team Ambassador and key supporter of Dabang Delhi Kabaddi Club (DDKC), the Delhi franchise of the Pro Kabaddi League. The event is set to enter its fourth edition.
As the ambassador, Sonu, who featured in the movie “Dabangg”, will be cheering and motivating the team from the stands during their home leg in Delhi from July 24-27 at Thyagaraj Sports Complex and across other venues in the country where the team will be playing.
“Kabaddi is a game which I have played and cherished since my childhood, and I never thought that one day, I will become the face of it,” Sonu said during a conference. — IANS
