Actress Smriti Kalra, who is currently seen playing the role of Ahana in Dil Sambhal Ja Zaara, is also part of an award-winning short film titled Cup Of Tea, which conveys a very powerful message on power of education. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker and theatre personality, Jitendra Rai of Matheno Films, Cup of Tea is the official selection and nomination in over 72 International film festivals and has already won nine awards. 

Shared Smriti, “This was shot last year; when I heard the narration, I fell in love with the script and also it was for a good cause, so I agreed to do it immediately. I had a wonderful time while filming. My role demanded a lot of physical activity like running around and I thoroughly enjoyed that because I am a runner. I am happy.”
