Surveen’s long wait pays

Bollywood director Sujoy Ghosh is all set for his debut on television with the launch of his three short features, Teen Pehliyan.

Teen Pehliyan is a combination of three movies — Mirchi Malini, Copy and Goodluck, which feature industry’s popular actors. One such actress is Surveen Chawla.

For Surveen, who features in one of his short features, titled Copy, it was a dream come true! The actress says, “It is hard to believe, but I had called Sujoy da some two years ago to seek an opportunity in his then upcoming projects. However, I never got a response from him. When I lost all hope, suddenly after two years, I got a call from his office and he asked me to come in for a narration session; I was ecstatic!”
