Book on women empowerment launched

Ludhiana, January 25

The book titled “Jihna Dakhiyaan Ohi Dukhiya” written by Bhanu Sood was launched here today. Sood on the occasion said, “Through this book I want to convey that the women must be treated equally in every profession.”

She said women are marching ahead in every sphere of life and have contributed largely in the film industry be it at any role. “Women should be seen with respect and should be given respect,” she added.

Sood said she plans to make a short film on the same subject in near future. Director of Helping Hand Club Raman Goyal also attended the event.
