Ludhiana, June 14
A 24-year-old city-based girl was reportedly murdered by his lover in Ghaziabad, UP, on Wednesday. Her body was found in a car. Her lover is also a resident of Ludhiana and works in a Noida-based firm.
The deceased has been identified as Jyoti Verma, a resident of Fatehpur Badewal village, in Ludhiana. Her four sisters and two brothers live in Ludhiana.
She worked as a beautician in a prominent company in Delhi.
Ranju, her sister, said last time her sister talked to her was on Saturday. Last Thursday, she had come to Ludhiana to live for four days. But she left after staying for one day only on the plea that she had some urgent work in Delhi.
