Ludhiana, January 11

A comedy play, ‘Tota Maina ki Kahaani’, will be staged in the city on January 14. This was stated by members of the Ludhiana Sanskritik Samagam (LSS).

SK Rai from the organisation said the play would to be organised by the LSS at Guru Nanak Bhawan. He said the play written by Sanjay Jha and directed by Toshar Joshi would have performances by Himani Shivpuri, Mahesh Thakur, Gaurav Singh and Liliput Faruqui apart from others.

He said the organisation was mulling a festival on the lines of Serendipity Arts Festival organised in Goa last month, but it would be at a smaller scale. The festival will bring visual, performing, culinary, arts etc. together at one platform.

He said the LSS also released a coffee table book ‘All the World’s a Stage’, capturing the journey of the LSS through 100 shows during the festival in Goa.
