Kuldeep Kumar, a resident of Bhagwan Nagar here, has been booked allegedly for fleeing with a minor girl. Rajesh Kumar has complained that his 16-year-old daughter had been missing since December. He accused Kuldeep Kumar of fleeing with his minor daughter. A case against the accused has been registered under Section 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
In another incident, Sanjay Kumar, an 11-year-old student of JJMD School, Harkishan Nagar, left home for the school on February 11, but neither did he reach the school nor came back. Boy’s father Raj Kumar, a resident of Giaspura, has got a case registered with the police in this regard.
Criminal booked for jumping parole
On the basis of a complaint made by the Superintendent Maximum Security, Nabha Jail, the Jodhewal police have registered a case against Sunny Kumar, a resident of Raju Colony, for jumping his four-week parole.
Sources said Sunny Kumar was undergoing life term in the Nabha Jail.
A case was registered against him on July 4, 1996, under Sections 460, 411, 302, 404, and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.
On orders of the Magistrate, on he was allowed four-week parole on August 4, 2016.
He was to report back to the jail on September 2, 2016, but did not return.
