Ludhiana, June 24

Most of the heads of government cluster schools have a complaint that an in-charge of a school does not share required information and other data with them.

Even the staff at the district Education Office had been facing trouble in collecting information and data regarding government schools.

Responding to this, the District Education Officer (Senior Secondary), Charanjit Singh, has written a letter to heads of all schools and asked them to share information about schools, to check emails and to attend to phone calls of their cluster heads. The aim of the letter was to simplify the work at the District Education Office.

He also said an action would be taken against a school head, in case if they would not respond to phone calls from their cluster head, or from the Education Department.

“In case heads of schools do not respond to phone calls, it becomes difficult to circulate all the messages from the Education Department. All schools heads have been directed to answer phone calls and to share information sought by the department,” he added.
