More than 300 students and parents attended the seminar conducted at Edusquare in Dugri Phase 1.

She said: “It has been observed that during exams, students are hooked to junk food and avoid drinking water. Actually, they should be doing the opposite. What happens by the end of exam is they carry a lot of flap. A balanced diet is undisputedly the key for a healthy body, especially for teenagers.”

She said it was best to much an apple during exams. Instead of Maggi students should prefer having an apple, she said. Besides, seasonal fruits should also be taken. She also stressed on the need to keep oneself hydrated.

A student said: “I am feeling better after attending the seminar and guess am prepared for handling the exam stress. I will try to follow the tips shared by speakers.”

A parent said such seminars should be conducted more frequently for the benefit of students.
