We Help You is an organisation with a difference. As the very name denotes, it has been set up to help the needy and the ailing at any and every hour of need, with possible resources available with the organisation.

The peculiarity of the organisation is that there are no office-bearers but only members who can be contacted at the time of need. Set up with the aim of making the earth green by planting as many saplings as possible at various locations in and around Doraha, it has now begun to extend its services to the children who cannot afford to study and the ailing who need medicine and solace at the time of suffering.

The organisation has till now planted more than 100 saplings in Doraha and adjoining villages and we plan to continue with the same in the coming days as well. “Our organisation sans office-bearers. We have not come together to gain any sort of mileage out of it. Our main aim is to come to the rescue of the needy and patients and help them as per our capacity. We provide financial help to the ones who need medical assistance and children who are bereft of education due to the weak financial position of their families,” said Sabu Sethi, a member of the organisation.

“Surinder Kaur, who had practically no financial support as her husband and children had died, is being helped per month with Rs 3,500 by the organisation. A child from Doraha was recently admitted to the PGI for kidney failure. We went to the hospital and gave Rs 10, 000 to his guardians. We are a total of 50 members and we contribute whatever is possible, without pressure of any sort, maybe as less as Rs 50 per month,” shared Sabu.

“Now, we have bought around 50 pots of tulsi to be donated to every home in our locality,” he added.

Similarly, other members, Harish Kapila, Harjit Khare, Vicky Bector and Binny Mehta, work with Sabu as a team and are always in the lookout for those who may be in need of help and assistance as they believe that even little aid provided by them can save the life of a dying person. “We are reaching out to various educational institutions, social organisations and other agencies as well, so we get monetary support and use it for the cause of the ailing,” they added.
