I’ntl Yoga Day celebrated

Doon Valley Cambridge School, Zira, celebrated fourth International Yoga Day at the school campus. Principal Rajnish Sharma informed students about the benefits of yoga in enhancing their retention and psychological power. He said yoga also function as a stress buster.

Learning Station Pre School

The kids of Learning Station Pre School performed yoga on International Yoga Day as a part of their summer vacation programme. Students performed various asanas to distress themselves.

International Yoga Day was celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm at Guru Gobind Singh Public School. On the occasion, students performed different asanas including taar asana, kapalbhati, surya namaskar, sees asana and bhujang asana.
