Ludhiana U-19 cricket team trials today

LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana District Cricket Association (LDCA) will hold trials to select the district cricket teams (U-19) here at Government Polytechnic and Textile College, Rishi Nagar, on Friday at 3 pm.

The Ludhiana District Cricket Association (LDCA) will hold trials to select the district cricket teams (U-19) here at Government Polytechnic and Textile College, Rishi Nagar, on Friday at 3 pm.

Vinod Chitkara, honorary general secretary, LDCA, said players born on or after September 1, 1998, were eligible to attend these trials.

The selection panel members who will conduct trials are Chaman Lal Malhotra, Sham Lal and Dinesh Puri besides former IPL speedster Love Abhlish. The selected players would represent Ludhiana in the Inter-District One-Day Tournament for the Punjab Championship, said Chitkara.
